Terms and Conditions:

This website is operated by Qamrosh Modest Wear, based in Pakistan. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Qamrosh Modest Wear. Qamrosh Modest Wear operates this website. Our country of domicile is Pakistan, and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Prices are displayed in PKR at checkout and are the amounts charged. We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. Customers should retain copies of transaction records and our policies.

Delivery and Orders:

Our products are available for delivery all over Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 7–10 working days. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. If an order has been dispatched, delivery charges will apply. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Children:

This website is intended for adult use only. Users under 18 may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product Information:

We aim to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric availability. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. If an item is unavailable, a suitable substitute or alternative solution may be offered.

Complaints:

Complaints may be sent to our official email or contact number with “Complaint” mentioned. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Contract and Payment:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation will be sent upon receipt. All payments are processed securely in PKR via approved online payment methods. Do not share payment details via email or social media.

Liability and Indemnity:

Our liability is limited to the total value of the purchased items. We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms.

Alterations and Waiver:

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
